Rebate FAQ's


Q: How do I reach the manufacturer for questions about their rebates/ forms?
A: All rebate forms have an toll-free number or a website address for the manufacturer.

Q: How do I know that the product comes with a rebate?
A: For your convenience, we display both the price you'll pay for the item and your final net price after you claim your rebate. If you believe some of our rebate information is inaccurate, please contact us with as many details as possible so that we may correct the error.

Q: How long does it take to receive my rebate?
A: This varies by manufacturer. However, most rebate checks will arrive within 6-10 weeks. All rebate forms should include a timeframe, usually within the small print.

Q: Whom do I contact if I have not received my mail-in rebate?
A: Use the manufacturer's toll-free number or website listed on the rebate form.

Q: Do rebates have expiration dates?
A: Yes, most rebates do expire. The rebate form should have all expiration information on it, including the date by which your rebate should be postmarked.

Q: What do I need to send with my rebate form?
A: The rebate form will have a list of what you need to include, but standard procedures are to include the receipt (proof of purchase - normally, a print-out of the Sales.pdf we email you), serial number or UPC code, and completed form. The require information will always be printed on the Rebate for which you can download from our website.

Q: Do I have to submit my original receipt, or can it be a copy?
A: This varies by manufacturer. Most will accept a copy of the receipt, but the rebate form will indicate which is required. In either case, be sure to make copies of everything you send for your records.

Q: Can I send in more than one rebate for the same purchase?
A: No. that's Criminal.

Q: Help, I lost my receipt! Now how do I get my rebate?
A: Not to worry. We've come a long way from the days of handwritten receipts and carbon copies! We can reprint or e-mail you a copy of the receipt, We only need the name the order was placed under and the date of your purchase.

Q: Can I expect Complete IT Presentation to pay out the rebate.
A: Under no circumstances will we pay out the rebate, These rebates are sponsored by the manufacture not us.

Q: I forgot to send in for my rebate and now it has expired. If I send it in late, will I be able to get my rebate?
A: Promotions such as rebates are carefully planned for very specific time frames. If the postmark date has passed for your rebate, unfortunately you will not qualify. But truthfully, what makes a rebate special is the fact that they aren't offered all the time - so check your dates and apply promptly!

Q: I bought more than one of the same product that a rebate was offered on. Can I submit for more than one rebate?
A: Many rebates have a limit on the number of claims that can be submitted on a single promotion. To find out the specific rules for the promotion you are submitting, please review the promotion details on your rebate form or website.

Q: I purchased the product that I am submitting a rebate for online and did not receive a receipt. Can I still receive a rebate?
A: Qualifying purchases made should have been accompanied with an E-mailed Invoice. If you did not receive one, Please contact us immediately se we can resend. Reasons you may have not received a Invoice from us: 1: You provided us with a bad e-mail address, 2: Most e-mail services have software to guard against spam, please ensure you have checked your spam folder for your receipts. It's always good practice to provide us with a Non-Web based e-mail provider.

Q: Do the manufacturers sell my information to third parties for the purpose of solicitation?
A: Some manufacturers do. Be sure to read the fine print on the form. Some will give you the option of checking a box to keep your name from becoming public information. Others will include disclaimers stating their business practices. If you have questions about a specific manufacturer, call the number provided on the form. We NOT sell any of your personal information.
