Complete IT Presentation has been selling Projectors, Plasma's and related A/V products since July 1999. As the internet has become a more popular source for online shopping, regrettably we have seen more and more instances of fraud affecting online shoppers. We have chosen the higher road. We are members in good standing of the Better Business Bureau and our local Chamber of Commerce.
A Price Too Good to be True, It Usually Is.
If you've ever searched for a product on the web, you may have asked yourself, "Why are the stores I know of charging so much more than some of these other stores I've never hear of ?"
Our customers often share these stories with us, so we thought we would share a few with you, in hopes that you don't fall prey to any of these unscrupulous sales tactics.
Goods may be gray market. They may state that the product includes the manufacturer warranty, but not tell you that the warranty is valid only in Europe, Japan, or South America, and NOT in Canada.
If you have called a company and the person answering the phone sounds like Mom, and you hear "Jeff, the phone is for you" faintly in the background. We would not call this a sales tactic, rather a very clear sign this business is not here for you !
You may be asked to buy an expensive extended warranty. In many cases if you do not purchase the warranty, your purchase will be denied. (The product is now out of stock, your card does not go through, etc.)
Included parts may be sold to you separately. Some resellers will open boxes and charge extra for parts that are normally included by the manufacturer. We have heard of power cords, lamps (the original not a spare), filters, etc. being sold this way.
Hidden charges which don't show up until your credit card statement arrives. Unscrupulous resellers will add taxes (even when purchased out of province), insurance (at a much higher cost), and other handling charges not listed on your original invoice. These charges only show up when your credit card statement is sent to you.
Unfair return policies. Be mindful of restocking fees, and rules that do not allow for returns even when the item is not opened, or is damaged.
So how do you protect yourself from online fraud?
Buy from an authorized reseller. If you are at all suspicious, you should be able to contact the manufacturer directly and ask if a company is authorized to sell their products.
Ask for a written quote with the total price. This will help you win an argument with your credit card company more easily, and may deter some fraudsters from proceeding with a scam transaction.

It's not only brilliant, it's flexible. It can display images in the NTSC, NTSC4.43, PAL, PAL M, PAL N and SECAM standard definition video formats as well as 720p, 1080i, 1080p and 1080/24 high definition formats. And its short-throw lens enables it to create a 100-inch diagonal image from as little as 10 to 20 feet away. (The 2x manual zoom lens allows you to choose either figure or anywhere in between.)
Your Z4000 also boasts a 120 Hz refresh rate—that's double the conventional 60 frames per second. The higher speed reduces motion artifacts, called judder, in fast-moving scenes for a smoother, more lifelike image.
And this projector is easy on your ears. Its cooling fan has a noise level of just 19 dB; that's literally quieter than a whispered conversation.
Rounding out the sets features are its 16 language OSD (on-screen display) and its ecologically friendly 0.3 watts power draw in Eco-Standby mode.

The Z4000 unleashes the full 1920 x 1080 high-definition potential from today's advanced full HD sources. This means rich, deep and accurate colors from Sanyo's exclusive TopazReal HD. TopazReal HD brings together a team of technologies including a variable iris and lamp reactivity, 14-bit digital signal processing, real-focus HD lens system, and, most importantly, a color management system that addresses changes in color phase and color level to obtain perfect color reproduction. The Z4000 uses 120Hz super-fast Full HD panels, which can increase smoothness in videos due to doubled frame rate from 60 frames/second to 120 frames/second using interpolation frame generation technology. The optimization of deep color from the color management system is supported via the projector's two HDMI 1.3b inputs.
